Qualifications / Skills;
- Level 7 Degree in Building Services Engineering, Construction , Architecture or equivalent.
- Current registration as a Residential BER Assessor.
- Experience of conducting Residential Building Energy Rating (BER) assessments.
- Experience of BER calculations.
- Working knowledge of the IES VE software.
- Working knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations Part L.
- Experience in construction with knowledge of materials and building services.
- Ability to take on site measurements and calculate volume and surface areas.
- Be competent with AutoCAD.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer focused.
- Full driving licence.
