We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join a dynamic and forward-thinking renewables sales team as a Renewables Area Manager (RAM). This is a remote role, ideal for someone enthusiastic about the renewable energy industry and driven by customer engagement and sales development.

As a Renewables Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a designated geographical area, working closely with a select group of customers and 2–3 associated branches. Your primary objective will be to expand our market share within your region by generating new sales, building new accounts, and increasing the spend of existing clients.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage and develop a handpicked portfolio of clients within your assigned region.

·        Drive sales growth through new business acquisition and client retention.

·        Collaborate with local branches to support customer needs and business goals.

·        Travel within your coverage area to meet clients and attend key meetings.

·        Represent the company professionally and act as a brand ambassador for our renewables division.

Requirements

·        Proven track record in sales with strong customer relationship skills.

·        Experience in the UK renewables market (e.g. PV, Battery, EV, ASHP) preferred.

·        Demonstrable success in business development and client acquisition.

·        Full UK driving license.

·        Must be based within the geographical area you are managing.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

·        Willingness to travel within the coverage area, including occasional overnight stays.

·        Flexibility to attend meetings or events outside your region when necessary.

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
