Role Summary
The role objective is to support the Programme Manager by monitoring and managing the programme schedule, highlighting conflicts and risks whilst helping to implement mitigations.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively address overdue documentation and reflect the impact in an updated schedule, then communicate this to the client.
* Support the rollout of best practices and lessons learned to improve client understanding of lead times.
* Support document control when required.
* Attend program-wide meetings, note any changes that impact the schedule, and communicate these to key stakeholders.

* Client Project Manager

Key Competencies and Experience

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrator or similar
* Solid organization and time-management skills
* Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Project, and Power point.
* Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with many audiences.
* Versatile and adaptable, able to operate under pressure to meet deadlines and for project success.
* Strong organisational skills to be able to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
