We have an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Hydrogeologist to join our client’s Contaminated Land and Hydrogeology Team. As a Hydrogeologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continued growth of the organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive desk-based studies to gather relevant data.
- Performing site investigations and monitoring of water, soil, and waste materials.
- Logging trial pits and boreholes and supervising drilling crews.
- Coordinating site investigation and monitoring programs, including managing subcontractors.
- Undertaking Greenfield and Brownfield site risk assessments, such as GQRA and DQRA.
- Developing management plans for contaminated land remediation projects.
- Conducting soil waste classification assessments.
- Preparing technical reports and delivering other project-related documentation.
Personal Specification:
- Hold a Master's level degree in Hydrogeology and possess a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a consultancy or similar industry setting.
- Demonstrate excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Possess specialized knowledge in hydrogeological assessment.
- Have experience conducting assessments for both greenfield and brownfield sites.
- Showcase strong analytical skills in hydrogeological assessment and contaminated land site risk assessment.
- Possess the ability to multitask and collaborate with various project teams, including in-house and external consultants and clients.
- Exhibit a working knowledge of Irish and EU legislation and industry standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, hydrogeological software packages, and GIS.
- Working towards becoming a Chartered Professional with IGI, IEI, or equivalent (desirable).
- Possess a full clean driving license.
