£60,500 per annum
Full-time – 36 hours per week
Commutable to Redhill as needed

Want to be part of this? We’re currently recruiting for a Sustainability Manager to join our Asset Management team.

What you’ll achieve in the role:

 As Sustainability Manager, you’ll be playing a crucial role by leading Raven’s sustainability strategy and delivering on Raven’s carbon investment programme to obtain the greatest strategic benefits. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing strategic partnerships and funding streams for our carbon investment programme, for effective delivery in line with our corporate aims, objectives and policies.

• Delivering of our projects and programme, taking into account deadlines, cost efficiencies, and high quality standards.

• Communicating and consulting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects and the carbon programme are understood and coordinated alongside other priorities.

• Contribute to planning Raven’s 30 year business plan and budgeting.

What you’ll bring to Raven:

 For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

• Someone preferably Retrofit Coordinator qualified or equivalent, with experience of related technologies.
• Experience working with carbon, sustainability, and construction or asset management, preferably in the housing sector, with proven ability to demonstrate success in delivering business change.
• Proactive operational management skills to engage, motivate, and influence others to drive projects and performance.
