Joe Court Forestry Ltd is a leading forestry contracting company in the South offering all aspects of woodland management across the UK. With a key focus on sustainability, we offer services that cover each stage of timber from seed to sawmill; working with all elements of the forestry industry from woodland owners, forestry management companies, sawmills and public bodies such as Natural England, the Forestry Commission and RSPB with the aim of working the woodlands to safeguard them for the future.

Four decades of forestry heritage

Joe Court is a fifth generation forester with a vision of working with the woods to keep forestry sustainable for the next generation. Having established the business in 2005, he started off with a tractor and timber trailer before purchasing his first harvester before he turned 20. Since then he has focused on having a broad range of machinery and equipment, and a team of skilled operators and cutters, building up a reputation for managing woods to produce quality timber without compromising on the ecosystem of the woodland itself.
