Job Title – Head of Communication, LOOP EUROPE


Loop is the initiative that is bringing together the world’s largest consumer good companies, transportation companies, retailers as well as NGOs to provide durable/refillable packaging as a service to consumers across the world. LOOP will be launching in New York City and Paris after a global announcement taking place at the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in January 2019. 

We are looking for a resourceful and driven Marketing professional to implement creative communications for TerraCycle’s new business, Loop. This person will work directly with the Global Loop Marketing team and the burgeoning LOOP team to develop the marketing strategy for Europe and create successful marketing content for our brand partners.

The ideal candidate will have a broad (end-to-end) knowledge of digital marketing, specifically for startups and e-commerce. S/he will be able to define key priorities and find the right resources to bring Loop to life for January 2019 launch and beyond. The position is based in Perivale, West London.


- Develop, manage and evaluate marketing initiatives for the platform and the brand partners associated with the program.
- Act as a liaison for graphics, PR, operations and other departments to successfully promote the platform and any campaigns associated with the program.
- Understand LOOP’s brand relationships and successfully execute sponsored marketing content alongside the account management team.
- Create a marketing strategy to fuel the growth of the e-commerce platform and attract new customers.
- Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process to drive e-commerce sales results, grow the audience size and increase the level of engagement.
- Monitor effective marketing benchmarks and adjust strategy to hit sales and engagement goals.
- Research the latest marketing trends and continue to improve the marketing strategy for the business.
- Maintain website appearance and program structure by monitoring informational updates and enforcing consistent content and display standards.
- Manage the European communication team (marketing, PR and customer service) to execute the global strategy locally. 


- Native French 
- Fluent in English
- BA/BS required
- 1-3 years of active experience in multiple areas of digital marketing, experience with e-commerce platforms preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Strong strategic and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment
- Comfortable working as a member of a team as well as pursuing projects independently
- Thrives in high pressure situations while working through complex projects


- Salary commensurate with experience 
- 25 Paid Holiday Days 
- Company Pension contribution up to 3% of salary
