Founded in 1992, it is the UK real estate investment arm of Fiera Real Estate, which globally manages over $5billion of commercial real estate through its investment funds and accounts. Fiera Real Estate is wholly owned by Fiera Capital Corporation, a leading multi-product investment-management firm with more than $124 billion of assets under management.
