OPERATING WINDFARMS
Ecopower operates five windfarms in Ireland, comprising 52 wind turbines with 67MW of installed capacity. These windfarms are as follows:
• Raheen Barr Windfarm, Castlebar, Co. Mayo – 22 No. V52 Vestas wind turbines, installed capacity 18.7MW
• Derrynadivva Windfarm, Castlebar, Co. Mayo – 10 No. E48 Enercon wind turbines, installed capacity 8.5MW
• Rahora Windfarm, Tullogher, Co. Kilkenny – 5 No. E48 Enercon wind turbines, installed capacity 4.25 MW
• Shannagh Windfarm, Kilcar, Co. Donegal – 3 E44 Enercon wind turbines, installed capacity 2.55 MW
• Glencarbry/Turraheen Windfarm, Hollyford/Rossmore, Co. Tipperary – 7 No. N100 and 5 No. 5 N90, 33MW
FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS
We have a portfolio of new projects, comprising wind, solar and battery storage, to develop over the next 10 years. The majority of this development is carried out in-house with expert consultants used at different stages of the process.
